Most people don’t know that I have my Property and Casualty Insurance license. I am an insurance broker. After learning about liability insurance, I realized the lack of knowledge there is about liability.

Many people remember the famous Liebeck vs. McDonald’s Restaurant when a 79-year old woman burned herself with McDonald’s coffee and was awarded a large sum of money by the jury, yet not everyone knows the real facts of the story.

The purpose of my soundscape is to bring attention to the seriousness of knowing what you’re liable for and remembering to gather all the facts before making assumptions.
